Let me show you
It's possible
If I could do it.

You can improve
your brain too!

Here's my story

I have always felt different, and I didn't know how different or how to explain it. I just knew I was. Here is the story of how different I turned out to be. At 33 years of age, I started questioning many things in my life. I noticed that I seemed to experience the world differently. After some digging up, I found the answer, it was called "FASD", which stands for Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, a diagnostic term referring to the impacts on the brain and body of people like me, prenatally exposed to alcohol.

I acquired my condition while I was a developing fetus in my mother's womb due to her heavy drinking since alcohol is a teratogen (an agent that can cause birth defects or abnormalities in a developing embryo or fetus upon exposure, Examples of a teratogen are radiation, drugs, chemicals, alcohol, and certain infections or medications.) Contrary to radiation, alcohol can be found mostly in every household, restaurant, or supermarket, it targets mainly the fetus's nervous system, the brain. The damage that alcohol causes to the brain is not visible since these changes are functional, not structural. In other words, it disrupts the brain's wiring, not its physical form (only in extreme cases). Suppose you think of our brain as a supercomputer. In that case, alcohol will affect the files and programs, not the hardware, which still looks undamaged from the outside.

Due to the disruption of the brain's wiring, FASD causes many other comorbidities (the presence of one or more additional conditions often co-occurring with a primary condition), in my case ADHD, chronic anxiety, chronic depression, trauma, PTSD, to name a few. I have seen psychologists, psychiatrists, and counselors but was through coaching that I was able to improve in a way I never thought possible. I learned that my brain was the cause of my challenges but that it was the solution to all of them too! Through coaching, I could improve and figure my brain out.  Inspired by my transformation and after seeing the extraordinary results, I decided to become a Coach to help others improve their brains and transform their lives too.

My brain used to take over and make decisions that weren't always in my best interest or what I really wanted. I had irrational thoughts, impulses, and behaviors. Thanks to coaching, I was able to see what my brain was doing to me, and when I realized that I am not what my brain was doing, I was able to turn things around.

Are you coming?

If you are overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed, I want you to know that I've been there too. If you feel frustrated because you have everything in your life to be happy but still aren't, I want you to know that I know exactly how you feel. If you think there's something really wrong with you, that you are broken since you have tried everything but nothing seems to work, I want you to know that there's nothing wrong with you and that you can turn things around the way I did. If you cannot find a way out, let me tell you that there is one and that I can help you finally find it.
